Bitters are Back

Sunday January 8, 2006
The beginning of the cocktail era employed bitters in almost every drink and they have become a thing of the past until recently. Angostura and orange bitters are the most common bitters used in cocktail recipes and are key to a making a good Rob Roy or Manhattan.
