Chillin' Glassware

Tuesday January 10, 2006
Chilling glassware is so easy that it is a shame to serve any cold drink in a room-temperature glass. At my house we have a section of our freezer dedicated to keeping a stock of glasses chilled at all times. Water, cocktails, beer, everything is served in a chilled glass and only coffee mugs fill the cupboards. I am not a big fan of a water-downed drink that started out "on the rocks" so with the chilled glass I don't have to use any or as many ice cubes to keep my drinks cold.
