Ybor Cocktail Challenge

The 2006 Ybor Cocktail Challenge was announced this week. Bartenders, bar chefs and mixologists are invited to submit an original "Ybor Cocktail". The deadline is February 28, 2006 and cocktails must include guava fruit or juice and either rum, rhum or cachaca as the base spirit. The winning cocktail will be featured March 22-25, 2006 at the International Cane Spirits Festival and Tasting Competition in Ybor City, Florida. Read more about the contest and festival.
