Green Grape Glacier

Sunday February 12, 2006
One of my favorite mocktails for any occasion is a Green Grape Glacier. Frozen green grapes are a sweet treat that are a delicious (and healthier) alternative to ice cream and this blended mocktail really shows off their taste. Eventhough this recipe is non-alcoholic, it can easily be spiked by adding 1 ounce of vodka to the blender and then using only 3 ounces of sparkling water. For brunch and lunch gatherings I often serve it in cocktail glasses to add some style. You can fill two cocktail glasses or one highball glass using the measurements given in this recipe.
