Last Minute Valentine Cocktails

Dress up the Champagne for your Valentine's dinner with a few items you may already have in the house. For a really simple addition, place a few sliced strawberries and raspberries in the bottom of a Champagne flute and pour the Champagne over them. Or if you really want to impress and have a few liqueurs or juices in your home bar stock make one of these easy Champagne cocktails. The little touches will get you farther than you think.
