Gearing up for the NFL Championships

Planning a party for tomorrow's NFL Conference Championship games? I have some ideas for fans from each of the four teams that are vying for an appearance in the Super Bowl. It's been fun creating these cocktail menus for the upcoming football parties and I had it easy this year because three of the teams are represented by the color blue. That leaves only two options for creating a drink of this color: Blue Curacao and UV Blue Vodka. I chose my favorite blue curacao recipes for the menus but there are many things that can be done with a bottle of UV Blue as well. The Saints gave me the opportunity to break out of the blues and my suggested drink for these fans is the Black Martini with gold flake. Cheers to all, enjoy the games and be safe, we still have a Super Bowl in two weeks!
