POM Paradise in PAMA

Sunday April 22, 2007
Over the last year pomegranate has clearly become one of the favorite flavors of cocktilians. The exotic fruit flavor has always had a place in the bar due of the ever-essential grenadine, but it has now found it's way into vodkas, tequilas and liqueurs. One of the best representations of the fruit in this new array of distilled spirits is PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur. It has the freshness and purity of the real fruit, can be mixed with a whole host of other spirits and mixers and is also a spectacular accent for food. Try PAMA paired with Navan Vanilla Cognac for a PAMA Paradise (pictured) or with white rum for a PAMA-Tiki or with ginger syrup and grapefruit juice for PAMA Ginger-tini. And, if you're already thinking about a great surprise for Mom this Mother's Day, treat her to breakfast in bed with homemade buttermilk pancakes topped with a pomegranate syrup that will start her day off just right. The beauty of PAMA is recognized all over and it can be found in most liquor stores as well as behind most bars, so if you have not yet had the opportunity to try a PAMA cocktail or PAMA itself, it should be easy to get a hold of and I highly recommend it.
