Cocktails on the Fly

There's a great new video series called "Cocktail on the Fly" that caught my eye today. It consists of 3-10 minute segments, each highlighting a specific drink or bartending tip. The hostess, Alberta Straub is fun, full of personality and knows her stuff when it comes to cocktails. Many of the barista's original cocktails (and twists on classics) are showcased on the site, all using only fresh ingredients. Straub's first few clips also include how to make simple syrup, a spa mixer (cucumber, coriander, cardamom, juniper berry) and the perfect lemon twist. Totally a website to keep an eye on.
