Pear seems to be the flavor of the year and it's going further thanks to Imbibe. The magazine is partnering with USA Pears and sponsoring a cocktail contest seeking the "Perfect Pear Cocktail." In celebration of the season of the pear, the contest requires that the drink be made with fresh pear, the rest is up to you. The deadline for entries is October 10, so you'll want to start concocting your plan of attack on the challenge. Prizes include $1,000 and the honor of having your drink featured in Imbibe.
