Mardi Gras Cocktails

With just a few days left in the Carnival season the party's culmination on Mardi Gras Tuesday, there's little time (but still plenty) to enjoy the season before Lent. Classic New Orleans cocktails like the Hurricane, New Orleans Fizz and Sazerac are perfect for the celebration. For a taste of the Brazilian party, check out the cachaça-filled Caipirinha or its less traditional variations, Kumquat-Ginger, Raspberry, or Tymello Caipirinhas, or Caipirini. And yet another option, if you can find Absolut New Orleans, is any of the signature cocktails created for the limited edition vodka.
