With just a few days left in the Carnival season the party's culmination on Mardi Gras Tuesday, there's little time (but still plenty) to enjoy the season before Lent. For a taste of the Brazilian party, check out the cachaça-filled Caipirinha or its less traditional variations, Kumquat-Ginger, Raspberry, or Tymello Caipirinhas, or Caipirini. And yet another option, if you can find Absolut New Orleans, is any of the signature cocktails created for the limited edition vodka.
