Why did you build the bar in your basement the way you did? I think we've all dreamed about having our own bar, right there at home and designed just the way you want it. With a refrigerator, a well and a backbar and a convenient place for every tool you needed. One where you could mix any drink you wanted with ease. Creating a bar in your house can be an extensive project and when it is complete it's something to be proud of. But it is often one that not a lot of people get to see, outside of your close friends and family. It's a shame because a lot of people who put time, effort and creativity into creating their own drinking oasis and many rival the design, layout and efficiency of commercial bars and lounges.

So, let's show them off...
What I'd like to do is create a gallery of home bars, an opportunity to show off your pride and joy and inspire those who are dreaming of their next home improvement project. Wet bars, dry bars, kitchen bars, closet bars, basement bars, apartment bars - all are up for grabs. Email me pictures, descriptions, features and reasons for doing what you did and I'll compile them into a gallery to share.
