Saturday Sipping: Tanqueray Rangpur Gin and the Gimlet
If you like lime you will love this combination because that's all there is and on a hot day like today it's nice and refreshing. When I use Tanqueray Rangpur in a Gimlet I've found that the recipe needs to be tweaked a little from one made with a heartier gin. I prefer to not add any sweetness because Tanqueray takes care of that so instead of Rose's lime juice I go with fresh squeezed lime. Then to make it a little more interesting a dash of orange bitters is just enough non-lime flavor to balance everything out. Enjoy and have a fun and safe holiday!
