Saturday Sipping: Herradura Tequila and the Calabatini
For those not up on their Spanish, the word for pumpkin is calabaza so you can see that the "Calabatini" essentially translates to "Pumkintini." In this cocktail's case you don't have to go hunt down some seasonal liqueur or puree your own pumpkin meat, no all you have to do is find a bottle of Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup (readily available both on and offline). When you pair that great syrup with the subtle spice of Herradura's Reposado and you have one outstanding and unique Pumpkin Martini for all of you autumnal entertaining.
