Is Your Bar Going Organic?

In today's options for stocking a bar there are more and more options for going organic. A few liquor companies like Tru Organic, Square One Organic, Loft Liqueurs and Prairie Organic are basing their entire brand on the fact that they are organic and have eco-friendly business practices. Others like Charbay are seeking out organic ingredients for their infusions and there is a multitude of organic fruit juices (i.e. Italian Organics Blood Orange) and other mixers. Yet, how organic are bars actually going?

I'd like to hear your opinions on this. Whether you are a pro in the fanciest lounge in town or just stocking your first home bar, I want to know how important you think organic spirits and mixers are. Do they make better drinks or do you just feel better about yourself (eco-conscious and healthy, good vibes)? Do you pay attention to spirit brands' "giving back to the environment" initiatives and does that influence your buying decisions? Do you seek out organic fruit and juices? Or is the whole "organic" label seem like marketing hype to you? Also, do you wish that more spirits (say whiskies and tequilas) would have organic offerings?
