Mixologist Lynnette Marrero created this fascinating cocktail that has elements which make it useful for a variety of occasions. The base in Kahlua's Cinnamon Spice liqueur, the same great coffee background with extra flavor. That ingredient is delightful in winter and autumn, the latter of which is also prime time for apple cider. However, you can take this drink into spring because it is light and refreshing. Also, because aquavit is traditionally an aperitif while coffee is often considered a digestif, this cocktail could easily be served either before or after dinner.
