What to do with Campari? It's a common question and if Negronis, Americanos and Campari Cocktails are a little too much Campari for your taste, you have to check out this Sanguinello. In this drink the dry, bitter aperitif is offset with sweet, luscious lemoncello and rich blood orange juice. It's simply fantastic and if you want to try one and are in the neighborhood, I'm told that they make a great Sanguinello at The Peninsula Hotel in New York City.

- 1 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz limoncello
- 2 oz blood orange juice
- blood orange wedge for garnish
Preparation:
