B&B, or brandy & Benedictine. It's one of the icons of fine drinking and is a true classic cocktail. Often, a B&B is served on the rocks, although some prefer it straight up. One thing is for sure, it is almost always served in a brandy snifter. The producers of Benedictine also make a pre-mixed B&B, which is really good, but there's nothing like choosing your favorite brandy.
