Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 oz strong, hot coffe
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiske
- 1 tsp brown suga
- 1 oz whipping crea
Preparation:
- Pour the coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar into an Irish coffee glass or mug.
- Stir well.
- Float the cream on top.
