During the autumn season of 2011 you can find this fantastic cocktail from Courvoisier at Zio in New York City, or you can make it yourself. It is a wonderful fall drink that features two brandies: the Cognac's VSOP expression along with an apricot brandy. The remaining flavors are contributed by cacao - recommended, though it does say optional - and marmalade. It is a soothing, warming drink with a classic influence and a modern taste. Delicious!
