With a name like Katinka, this cocktail has to have a story behind it. Unfortunately I haven't found it yet. At any rate, you will love this interesting mix of flavors for a smooth sipper and the sprig of mint for a garnish adds eye appeal along with a hint of minty flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- fresh sprig of mint for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
