I have to say, I thought of paradise the first time I read this recipe and my expectations were fulfilled the first time I tried it. There are two really fascinating flavor combinations going on inside the PAMA Paradise. The first is a mix of PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur and Navan (a vanilla Cognac) with pineapple juice. The second is the fresh mixed berries that are transformed with a glaze of Grand Marnier (the premium orange-flavored liqueur). This drink truly is Paradise.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
  • 1 oz Navan Vanilla Cognac
  • 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
  • For Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar
  • Grand Marnier
  • strawberry for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Marinade mixed berries in Grand Marnier and super fine sugar for four hours.
  2. Combine PAMA, Pineapple Juice and Navan into mixing glass.
  3. Shake with ice.
  4. Spoon 6-8 berries into bottom of a chilled martini glass.
  5. Strain ingredients gently over berries.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry.
