The Abbey Cocktail makes an excellent brunch cocktail and the more sophisticated version of an Orange Blossom. It's a very simple drink to make but the orange bitters add a slight kick to the drink, which you can tailor to your taste. Regan's Orange Bitters No. 6 is perfect combination with your favorite premium gin. And, for the juice, fresh is always better.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz orange juice
- 2 oz gin
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the cherry.
