The Baja Gold is one of three great original cocktails submitted by reader Todd Mumford. Todd claims no expertise in mixology but created these drinks at home and wanted to share them with everyone. Check out his other creations: Dancing Belly and Red & Yellow.
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz Añejo tequila
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 1/4 oz sweetened lime juice
- juice of 1/2 lime
- lime wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktails shaker filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a half-sized cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime wedge.
