The Bazooka Joe tastes pretty close to how it sounds: like that bubblegum you got as a kid for something like 3 cents a piece and it lasted forever, produced huge bubbles and you had a contest to see who could chew the most and get the biggest bubble. Yeah, that one. This shooter really does reminds me of Bazooka Joe's initial, sweet flavor. The one problem you may have is finding the banana liqueur, but most liquor stores should have at least one bottle.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur
- 1/2 oz banana liqueur
- 1/2 oz blue curacao liqueur
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a shot glass.
