A Caruso is a Martini with a dash of mint that can either be served straight up in a cocktail glass or on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass. It is a simple mix that adds just a touch of green creme de menthe to the gin and dry vermouth combination and this makes it perfect for dessert, St. Patrick's Day, or anytime you feel like adding a touch of mint to your Martini.
You can also try a Caruso Blanco by substituting the green creme de menthe with a white creme de menthe.
