This is a wonderful spiked hot chocolate mixed drink that will get you warmed up in no time. It's a variation of the simple Adult Hot Chocolate that adds a touch of coffee liqueur for a deeper flavor profile that is quite delightful. In keeping with the name, I like to top this one with a healthy mound of whipped cream that is crowned by simply placing a Hershey's Kiss chocolate on top.
For a drink that is a little stronger, replace the coffee liqueur with one of the espresso-infused vodkas like Three Olives or Van Gogh.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz peppermint schnapps
- 1/2 oz coffee liqueur
- hot chocolate
- whipped cream and a Hershey's Kiss for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Pour the liqueurs into a mug or Irish coffee glass.
- Fill with hot chocolate.
- Stir well.
- Optionally, top with whipped cream and a Hershey's Kiss.
