A wonderful variation of a Vodka Martini. The key to this Martini is that both the vodka and cocktail glass are well chilled. Use premium brands of spirits like Martini & Rossi Extra Dry vermouth and Wyborowa vodka.
Ingredients:
- dash of premium dry vermouth
- 1/2 cup premium grain vodka, frozen
- lemon wedge
Preparation:
- Chill a cocktail glass.
- Pour the dry vermouth and vodka into the glass.
- Twist the lemon wedge over the drink.
- Run the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass.
