This Down East Delight is a delicious blend of three juices served as a tasty mocktail and sweetened with a bit of orgeat syrup. If you cannot find orgeat syrup at your local stores you can substitute almond syrup, honey or even a nectar like agave or apricot nectar for equally great taste.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass.
  4. Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
