This Elderflower Cocktail is a great way to enjoy the taste of St. Germain, an elderflower liqueur, or if you prefer, a non-alcoholic elderflower cordial.
This drink is a little different because it uses both Champagne and club soda. If that is a little too bubbly for your taste, go with the white wine instead.

Yield: 1 Cocktail
- 3 ounces Champagne or dry white wine
- 2 ounces St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Club soda or soda water
- Lemon twist for garnish
- Pour the liqueur and Champagne over ice in a chilled collins glass.
- Top with club soda.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
