The Emerson is another flavorful variation of the classic Martini. An Emerson uses sweet vermouth, as opposed to dry, and adds lemon juice and maraschino cherry-flavored liqueur for extra flavor.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
