silver tequila (Don Eduardo, Don Julio or similar tequilas are preferred) and
blue curaçao. Serve it up in a deep cocktail or margarita glass for absolute eye appeal and consider serving it at your next beach or pool party, the pineapple and orange are perfect for
summer occasions.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz silver tequila
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao
- pineapple juice
- maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the tequila into the glass of your choice.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add the pineapple juice.
- Stir well.
- Top with blue curaçao and stir lightly again.
- Garnish with a cherry.
