The Halfpipe transforms absinthe into a dessert-like cocktail that is quite delicious. In it the anise flavor is mixed with coffee and cream liqueurs and the result is a drink with a sweet candy taste. For the creme liqueur you can take your pick, though may want to think about an Irish cream, Sylk, or the like.
Created in honor of the 2010 Winter Olympics, the Halfpipe is an excellent addition to an Olympic party.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Lucid Absinthe
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz Crème Liqueur
Preparation:
- In a rocks glass combine Lucid Absinthe, coffee liqueur and crème liqueur.
- Stir.
