Any cocktail with a name that describes perfection has to be an absolute winner. Mixing Amaretto with lime and lemon may seem a bit odd at first but this combination is just that, Immaculate. It is suggested to avoid experimenting with the ratios on this cocktail as using more or less of any ingredient can could ruin it's perfection.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
