The Irish Car Bomb is another popular bar shot similar to the Jäger Bomb. It's customary to to chug this drink shortly after the shot is dropped in the glass, but it's becoming more popular for bartenders to skip the shot glass altogether and just mix everything in a tall glass. This is one shooter that is not for the faint of heart for the simple fact that it's a lot to down so quick.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 pint Guinnes
- 1/2 shot Irish cream liqueu
- 1/2 shot Irish whiske
Preparation:
- Pour the Irish cream liqueur into a shot glass.
- Pour the Irish whiskey on top.
- Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle.
- Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug.
