Everybody will love this green whiskey cocktail. On St. Patrick's day give your Irish sweetheart an Irish Eyes cocktail, look into her eyes and say "Tá tú go h-álainn" (You're beautiful).
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Irish whiskey
- 1/4 oz crème de menthe, green
- 2 oz cream
- maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
