Everybody will love this green whiskey cocktail. Okay, so if you don't like creamy, minty drinks this is probably not for you, but for the rest of us it's a delight. On St. Patrick's Day give your Irish sweetheart an Irish Eyes cocktail, look into her eyes and say "Tá tú go h-álainn" (You're beautiful).

Yield: 1 Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1/4 ounce green crème de menthe
- 2 ounce cream
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the maraschino cherry.
