The Rosabel is elegant, tasty and a great display of each of it's ingredients. Although it is served in a Champagne flute, there is only a splash of Prosecco to add a touch of sparkle to the cocktail, the rest is made up of Cinzano Rosso Vermouth, a robust, sweet vermouth that sets its cocktails apart from others, and creme de cassis, a liqueur made of French blackcurrants. The cocktail is great before dinner and adds a touch of class to any occasion, especially romantic dinners.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Cinzano Rosso Vermouth
- 3/4 oz crème de cassis
- splash of Prosecco
Preparation:
- Pour chilled Cinzano Rosso Vermouth and crème de cassis directly into a Champagne flute.
- Top with a splash of Prosecco.
