The Strawberry Flapper is a perfect fruit drink for two. This strawberry-flavored Champagne cocktail is perfect for a romantic evening served with chocolate covered strawberries. It does require a little more preparation than most Champagne drinks, but it is well worth it.
Ingredients:
- 8 fresh strawberries, hulled
- 4 dashes of creme de cassis
- 10 ice cubes
- chilled Champagne
Preparation:
- Briefly blend the strawberries in a blender.
- Add the creme de cassis and ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Fill two Champagne flutes halfway with the strawberry blend.
- Top off with Champagne.
