- 1/2 ounce brandy
- 1/2 ounce Pernod
- 1/2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Pour the ingredients into a blender with 3/4 cup of ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled hurricane glass.
