Haunting Halloween Cocktails

Sour Witch

This witch may have a sweet side but she is very wicked. The Sour Witch has a base spirit of absinthe masked by sweet almond and sour cherry and lime, topping everything off with sparkling wine, making her a two-faced, not very "lucid" lady that is not for the faint of heart.

Spider's Kiss

The glowing green liquid of the Spider's Kiss is eerily enhanced by a web of chocolate, but it doesn't stop there. Once you get the glass webbed and frosted for a smoky look then pour in the fruity drink, a drizzle of grenadine for a bloody addition.

Vampire Juice

I don't know but this drink may even scare the Vampires away when they get a whiff of your horseradish breath. This Vampire Juice is a variation on the Bloody Mary but makes it a little interesting with lime vodka, that aforementioned odor offender and some steak sauce. To make it really interesting, check out the radish eye ball ice garnish.

Here is a delicious vodka, Chambord and Champagne cocktail with a dark side. Okay, so it's only the color that's dark but with the right rimming of red sugar, it takes on a rather scary appearance.

The Wolf Bite

The Wolf Bite is a shooter you have to see and taste to believe. As the blood red of the grenadine swirls into an absinthe and Midori the effect is rather creepy, like some mad scientist's experiment. This is a shooter you will not forget.
