How to Cut Lime Garnishes

To finish off the lime wedge simply cut each half into sections. You can usually get 3-4 wedges from each half depending on the size of the lime.
  1. Turn the lime over so that it lays flat.
  2. Slice wedges into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces.
