How to Cut Lime Garnishes

Lime slices (or wheels) are great for a large lime garnish that makes a big visual impact and has more juice than the more popular half-moon. These can be used inversely with the half-moon and look great on a cocktail glass.
  1. Cut the lime crosswise into 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick slices.
