For most cocktail drinks, you'll want to cut the orange slices in half again to form half-moon shaped slices that fit perfectly on the rim of a glass.

Tip: Make a small cut in the middle of the half-moon before placing it on the rim. This helps prevent juice from squirting everywhere when the glass penetrates the fruit.
