- Wet the outside rim of the glass with a fresh lemon or lime wedge. When rimming with sugar or cocoa use one of the liquid ingredients to moisten the rim, preferably a flavored liqueur. For instance, for a Chocolate Martini moisten the rim with a little Kahlua.
