The Dolomint has an interesting name and it is essentially a Gin Buck with Galliano. The result of this transformation is a "Buck" with depth.
The Galliano liqueur adds spicy notes of anise and vanilla and, if you feel rather adventurous, try ginger beer in place of the ginger ale, which plays very nicely with the fresh mint.
