The Bridal Cocktail is made up of a common mix of gin, vermouth, and maraschino that can be found in many classic cocktails from the Martinez to the Imperial (more below) and each vary slightly in ratios and accent ingredients to qualify as a unique drink. However, the Bridal is unique in the fact that it begins with a certain gin, namely Plymouth Gin. In the crazy world that is today's gin market, Plymouth is a constant and you will find that it is amazing in this cocktail - fitting of a bride, I must say - as it adds the fruit and aromatics to bring everything into balance.

Ingredients:
- 3 oz Plymouth Gin
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- dash of maraschino liqueur
- two dashes orange bitters
- orange peel for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Stir well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with an orange peel.
