Bring It Home Cocktail

Gin and elderflower make up a Bring It Home cocktail. Great for game day!

It is the hope of every team that makes it to a championship game to "Bring It Home," the trophy that is. That feeling, specifically the Super Bowl, was the inspiration for Melodie Buell of Organic Nation Spirits to create this outstanding cocktail. Yes, it is great for watching any game and quenching the thirsts of guests, but it is also a great drink for any occasion and anyone, sports fan or not.

For the elderflower liqueur, St. Germain is a popular choice and pairs wonderfully with Organic Nation's Gin.

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Total Time: 2 minutes

  • 2 oz Organic Nation Gin
  • 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 oz orgeat (Almond Syrup)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • Garnish: cherry and lemon wedge.

  1. Shake the ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into an old-fashioned glass.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry.

Too many strong flavours in this one. It's nice to layer and complement, but I would have liked to have tasted the Elderflower and gin more (Being a gin and St. Germain fan)
