Gin is a great base spirit for many simple mixed drinks. This highball is no exception and is a nice change of pace from the Gin & Tonic or Gin Rickey, they each vary by using a different mixer.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- ginger ale
- lemon wedge for garnish
Preparation:
- Pour the gin into an ice filled highball glass.
- Top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with the lemon wedge.
