This is a great recipe for another warm winter drink and is one of my favorite Hot Toddies. It's really simple to make and brings out the underlying flavors of Tanqueray London Dry Gin. The Gin Toddy is perfect for sitting by the fire or as an after dinner sipper and makes a stunning presentation in a large wine goblet (heat-resistant of course). I've found the warmth and herbs of the Gin Toddy to soothe a sore throat and especially when you have one of those lasting colds, this can be quite soothing

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gi
  • 3/4 oz lemon juic
  • 2 oz boiling wate
  • 1 tsp suga
  • cinnamon stick for garnis

Preparation:

  1. Build the ingredients into a wine goblet.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
