You'll see a lot of Sake Martini recipes that can vary greatly: many add an orange liqueur and some utilize more sake than this. The other option is the garnish. Typically it is an olive but I like to go a little brighter and use an Asian fruit like a lychee for a unique adornment.
Ingredients:

- 1/4 oz sake
- olive for garnish
