The Sapphire Alpine

Sapphire Blue Martini - Sapphire Alpine Cocktail - Bombay Sapphire Gin

You will find that the Sapphire Alpine is a very flavorful blue "martini" (or sorts). It is certainly not as dry as most gin cocktails, instead taking the sweeter side, and it is much sweeter. It actually works out quite well, with the botanicals of Bombay Sapphire, a decently priced and quality gin, contrasting the sweet orange and peach of the liqueurs. Despite the bottle, Bombay is not blue itself, but the color of this drink comes from the curacao and the peach schnapps is there to do what it does best, warm us up on the cold days of winter.
